 Sandcastle designers recently furnished and decorated a model located in Destin's magnificent Silver Shells St. Thomas complex at the invitation of Resort Realty, Inc. The model on the 10th floor has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay.
The designers chose a palette of sage green, cappucino, espresso, and accents of red. The floor plan features a state of the art kitchen, which separates a spacious living room / dining area from a sitting room and breakfast nook. All of the living areas face expansive windows with views and a large wrap-around patio. Functional draperies and cornices frame the view successfully.
A California-inspired poster bed as the focal point for the master bedroom. The formal swag valance and drapery panels add rich depth and texture to the panoramic view of the Gulf. The master bath is luxurious.
The primary guest bedroom is decorated with Lane Furniture's inspiring new China Passages' bed. The red accents appear discreetly in the bed's duvet cover, bedskirt, and drapery valance. A table round softens the corner of the room and adds yet another touch of red.
