 At the invitation of Resort Realty, Inc., Sandcastle designers recently furnished Silver Beach Unit 303 in the new East Tower. We selected a Coastal Cottage feeling for the spacious 2,445 sq. ft. four bedroom and three bath "D" plan.
The team describes the multicolor palette as a "fun and adventurous" combination of kiwi-green, lemon-drop yellow, orange sherbet, and surf blue. The cool colors visually expand the space and relax its occupants.
The condominium features panoramic and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The space was designed to be functional for rental purposes. The unit sleeps 10 people and includes fabrics that are fade resistant and easy to clean.
