Candis Hill Having a soft approach to my customers has worked great for me. Gaining trust before and continuing after the sale is my philosophy. I prefer to under-promise and over-deliver. I believe that design is a characteristic of one’s own personality and should be applied that way. |

Phyllis Harris In a nutshell… my design philosophy is very simple and down to Earth. I like to make my clients feel comfortable, not rushed or pressured in to making investment purchases.
In my many years of experience, I have learned to use every tool in my arsenal of creativity to design a unique and personal home or condo. This includes faux painting, murals, hand painted furniture, even adding family members or pets to painted items. I have a ‘can do’ attitude, a perfectionists’ eye, and an ability to think outside the box. My clients’ total satisfaction is my greatest performance review. |

Sarah Johnson I like to think of design as a personality. We’re all different and unique and that should be eminent in one’s home. After all, it’s not about my taste…it’s not my home. But, believe me in this, design is great. There is no need to be intimidated…let one’s personality shine. Whether adventurous or meek, it should represent you, make you want to live in the space, love it, and enjoy it!
I design spaces to be lived in and I love getting new clients and projects. I take each one as a new challenge. What is the space? What do I get to work with? Who do I get to work with? Design is my passion…it should be original and distinct.
My experience: National Residential & Commercial Design, International Hospitality Design, Investment Properties, Event Planning, & Holiday Décor.

Michelle Collins Hi my name is Michelle Collins. I’m a native Floridian from Miami. I’ve made my home in this area for 6 years. I feel so fortunate to live in paradise. I started working with design while on active duty in the Air Force. I then went to work for NASA as a project manager in the development and implementation of an Interactive Space Museum.
