Sandcastle Designs furniture delivery starts with quality care.
Sandcastle’s delivery specialists are experts in delivery and set up. Your sales/Design Consultant will help coordinate your delivery with our delivery team. If we are delivering to investment property we can coordinate the delivery with the property manager to insure your rental guest are not disturbed.
After the sale:
You will receive a copy of your sales contract at the time of your order. Please review it carefully to ensure accuracy.
Setting up your delivery:
If you purchased from our stock we can schedule your delivery at the time of purchase. Custom orders will be placed no later than the next business day. At the time of your order your sales/design consultant will give you an estimated lead time for your shipment. We will do our very best to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Once the furniture is received at our warehouse your sales associate will contact you to schedule your delivery. Any balance due will be collected at this time.
